The e-Consulting and Human Resource Management department, is specialised in the development and provision of internet ICT services, as it carries out studies and research on e-business and the use of ICT and is also responsible for the e-consultig service development within ATLANTIS CONSULTING S.A.
The e-Consulting and Human Resource Management department is involved in the following projects:
www.Jobical.com, which is an innovative, internet based e-recruitment service.
EQUAL EP-ENDISI, through which the department has developed a specialised e-recruitment application, that addresses both employees and employers of the Greek knitting and ready-to-wear industry.
The use of ICT in Health and Social Welfare, which is concerned with researching the use of ICT in the Health and Social Welfare sector.
ebiz4SMEs, which aims to increase the level of adoption of e-business among Greek Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
DI.ORGANO.SI, which deals with Organisational Knowledge Management within the Greek enterprises.
The department has also contributed to the implementation of the project ebizMATCH, which is funded by the General Secretariat for Research and Technology and aims to develop an internet platform, which is a pioneering effort that brings in contact SMEs that wish to be involved in e-business, with professionals in e-business solutions.

Jobical.com enables companies and HR agencies to track the most suitable candidates. Through the system, they can place their vacancies and specify the skills and experience that are required with the use of parameterised criteria.
The advanced matching engine is designed to take into consideration over- and under-qualification, subsequently identifying and alerting only the most suitable candidates for each vacancy, thus reducing significantly the chance of receiving irrelevant applications.
Recruiters receive the applications scored and ranked according to how well they match the specified requirements, and are presented with a detailed analysis of how each applicant scores against the predefined criteria. The job seekers receive automated assessment of the suitability of each position in relation to their knowledge, experience and skills.
